This year, the Seeking Whole Health conference moved to Wooster, Ohio, and brought Joel Salatin in as the keynote. It is a great show! Kristen, Lori, and their team put on a fantastic show. As the first weekend in May drew nearer, our team was wrapping up details in our studio. I am so thankful it all came together. Joel and I took a morning hiatus, buzzed home to Winesburg, and had a wonderful conversation about life, worm pee, slaughtering forty thousand elephants and much more. Please enjoy.
